Scenario Three challenges Simpson and Bowles proposal of $5.2 trillion in debt paid over ten years versus our Scenario of $1.5 trillion in debt reduction paid each year. Our own formula for a flat tax table and a solution to the national debt, and healthcare is included. We have examined the role corporations, the people, and government need to play in reducing our debt while entitlement programs are protected. As a suggestion, women rights have been placed in the ninth amendment. Quotes from former presidents and founding fathers of the constitution help support our writing. I delved into some politics with our politicians, and why the slaughter and mass murders of a well known race of people, another holocaust during World War II, seem to gain little attention in our history books.

Terence Rajendra Ramnarine was born in the equatorial climate of Georgetown Guyana, South America, home to the beautiful Kaieteur Falls, and an ecosystem abundant in tropical rainforests, and many species of animal life. He has lived in three countries on three different continents within his lifetime hence the title Scenario three. Terence grew up in South West London England for eight years before moving to the USA. During the thirty three years of living in the US, he has seen erudite politicians destroy the norms of life as he knew it through deregulation, economic woes and war. Katherine Renee Ramnarine, co-author of this book asked her father daunting questions while watching the 2012 elections he did not readily have answers for. When Terence did answer Katherine’s questions it was through sub chapter Scenarios. English, Science, Social Studies, global history and economics are just a few subject matters that can be learned from Scenario Three.
