About The Authors:

Richard Jackim is an experienced attorney and investment banker. He received his law degree with honors from Cornell Law School where he concentrated in business law and estate planning. Mr. Jackim has been involved in over 60 mergers or acquisition of middle market companies worth just over $1 billion. After law school, Mr. Jackim practiced corporate law on Wall Street with the New York law firm of White & Case. He later attended The Kellogg Graduate School of Management where he earned his MBA in corporate finance and marketing. After ten years of traditional investment banking, Mr. Jackim co-founded The Christman Group, LLC, a middle market investment banking firm based outside of Chicago, Illinois.

Peter Christman is an experienced entrepreneur, corporate executive and investment banker. After 17 years as a senior executive with Ford and Xerox, Peter founded and ran a successful middle market investment banking firm. During that time he developed his unique Exit Planning Coach process that helps business owners exit their business on their terms and on their timetables. Peter Christman co-founded The Christman Group, LLC with Richard Jackim to deliver their unique exit planning message nationwide.
